I Know the Scriptures are True
Many of us have thought and asked the question; wouldn’t it have been wonderful to hear the Savior’s words as He spoke them? I know the scriptures are true. 2 Nephi 4:15 reads, “For my soul delighteh in the scriptures, and my heart ponderth them.”
We can still hear His voice today and we can find joy in reading the words of our Savior Jesus Christ. The scriptures tell us how: Yea behold, I will tell you in your mind and in your heart, by the Holy Ghost, which shall come upon you and which shall dwell in your heart” (D & C 8:2) Jesus will tell us in our minds and in our hearts! To better understand His words, you need to listen with your heart.
